Julia is a co-founder of Medical Business Partners, a healthcare consulting company. Julia’s had firsthand experience in the healthcare industry from a young age, watching her mother’s busy practice grow and face challenges with decreasing reimbursement and increasing regulations and workload.  This prompted Julia to make a difference in the healthcare industry and is fueling her passion to make practicing medicine enjoyable for providers again. Julia is an expert in analyzing organizations’ operations and developing a plan to improve inefficiencies and cash flow, credentialing services, new practice start-up guidance, and implementation of proper protocols and procedures. Julia’s goal is to simplify all the administrative and financial aspects of running a healthcare practice and empower providers to take control of their organization and focus on improving the lives of their patients. Julia is active in the healthcare community and speaks at many medical and healthcare societies around the country.
